Mail Services
Letter mail is delivered to your mailbox located in the ground floor mail room of each building. Your mailbox is opened using your apartment's front door key.
Packages and overnight deliveries are delivered either to the apartment door or the Baity Hill Package Center depending on the carrier. Packages requiring a signature may be delivered to the package center.
It is the responsibility of each resident to pick-up their packages within five business days.
Package refrigeration is available for medication. Prior to shipping, please notify [email protected] to arrange for special handling. The University is not responsible for spoiled or ruined items.
Groceries ordered via Instacart or similar same-day delivery services are NOT accepted by the Package Center or Baity Hill Office. If using these services, resident MUST be available to meet their driver outside of their apartment building to accept their delivery.

Mail Forwarding
To ensure your mail is properly delivered to you after you move-out, you MUST process address change requests directly with each company who routinely sends you important mail. Begin this process early, as companies can take several weeks to process said changes. For example, update your mailing address by calling or visiting the website for the following:
- Bank, credit card, cell phone provider, etc.
- Monthly subscriptions (Magazines, Ipsy, Dollar Shave Club, Billie, Hello Fresh)
- Family and friends (Send them a text!)
Mail received after you move-out is returned to the sender.
