CURRENT POSTDOCS: If you are currently a PostDoc living at Baity Hill you WILL be able to renew your lease under the "grandfathered in" condition even though the Housing Laws have since changed -
sorry for the confusing email yesterday and many of those who have been asking me. I have spoken with the main Housing office on your behalf, and we will honor this for you. If you are trying to renew your lease and it is giving you an error, please email me and I will grant you an override in the system!
UPCOMING GRADUATES: Unfortunately if you are graduating from UNC in May 2018 and entering into a PostDoc status, we will not be able to honor renewing your lease. You should have separately received an email from me with more information.
