Your Baity Hill lease ends on May 31st, and now is the time to renew!
To renew in your current apartment at Baity Hill, simply complete your 2021-22 Baity Hill Application via the MyHousing portal! For your convenience, Carolina Housing will send an email with a link specific to your application via the MyHousing portal on Monday, February 1st.
NOTE: If you have received a notice of non-renewal, or if your Baity Hill rental account is greater than 2 months past due, you will not be able to complete your renewal application. For further information regarding your rental account or to make payment arrangements, email [email protected].
HAVE ANOTHER REQUEST? Here are the options:
- Do you want to move to a different apartment at Baity Hill? If you wish to remain at Baity Hill, but hope to move to a different apartment in June 2021, you will need to complete your Renewal Application first, and then submit a "Transfer Request Form". The Form is located under the "Online Forms/Resources" tab in the MyHousing Portal.
- Would you like to invite a friend to room with you at Bait Hill? If you are renting an A or B room and wish to room with a new applicant (someone who is not a current resident), please complete your Renewal Application and create a roommate group with the new applicant. Share that information with them so they can select you as a roommate when they apply.
- Would you like to join a friend in their apartment at Baity Hill? If you wish to transfer into a coming available A or B room to join a current resident in their apartment, please complete your Renewal Application without creating a roommate group. You may then submit a Transfer Request Form to move in with them if and when the room becomes available. The Transfer Request Form is located under the "Online Forms/Resources" tab in the MyHousing Portal.
- Are you graduating this Summer? If you will no longer be with us next year, please submit a "Notice to Vacate Before 6/1". If you have an academic reason (your children included), to EXTEND YOUR STAY through June 30th, please submit a "Notice to Vacate After 6/1". The Notice to Vacate Forms are located under the "Online Forms/Resources" tab in the Myhousing portal.
- Will you be away for an Internship or Study Abroad this Summer? If you will be participating in a University affiliated IN-PERSON internship or Study abroad program, you may submit a request for the Summer Bridge Program. The Application is available under Resident Forms.

- 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath: $1,180 per month
- 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bath: $1,195 per month
Graduate Student Housing – Unfurnished
- 1 Bedrooms, 1 Bath: $1,100 per month
- 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath: $1,240 per month (Shared), Room A: $635, Room B: $605
- 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bath: $1,255 per month (Shared), Room A: $638, Room B: $617
Graduate Student Housing – Furnished
- 1 Bedrooms, 1 Bath: $1,205 per month
- 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath: $1,365 per month (Shared), Room A: $695, Room B: $670
- 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bath: $1,380 per month (Shared), Room A: $700, Room B: $680
